Exercise can keep us young. Pain should not be a part of it. Corrective exercise strengthens under active muscles and releases overactive areas which creates proper alignment and pain free results.
Exercising to stay young as we hit those landmark ages. Training to prevent wt. gain and loss of muscle as we age while maintaining balance and agility. Training to recover stability and strength through exercise. It’s never to late to start.
